Understanding Employment Tribunal Awards
Employment Tribunal Awards resolve disputes between employers and employees, such as unpaid wages, unfair dismissal, or discrimination claims. While the awards themselves are not court judgments, they can be registered with the County Court and transferred to the High Court for enforcement. Equivo’s High Court Enforcement Officers use Writ of Control authority to recover award amounts swiftly and compliantly, protecting you and ensuring a professional, reliable enforcement process.

How equivo can help
Maximising Recovery from Employment Tribunal Awards
Equivo specialises in converting Employment Tribunal Awards and ACAS settlements into enforceable High Court judgments. Our team guides you through every step, from registering the award and transferring it to the High Court to executing the Writ of Control. Using experienced High Court Enforcement Officers ensures payments are recovered efficiently, transparently, and fully in line with court procedures.
We provide regular updates and advice throughout the enforcement process. If payment cannot be made directly, our officers can seize and sell goods to recover the debt. Clients only pay fees if enforcement is successful, giving confidence, peace of mind, and reliable results.
