The CRAR Process
Equivo manages the full CRAR process with precision and transparency, guiding landlords through every stage while keeping tenants informed where appropriate. Each step is carried out in compliance with the Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Act 2007 and associated regulations, ensuring recovery is lawful and efficient, with minimal disruption.

Compliance Stage
We issue a Notice of Enforcement giving the tenant 7 clear days to pay outstanding rent and associated charges.

Taking Control of Goods
If payment is not made, our agents attend the premises, seek payment in full, and may enter into a Controlled Goods Agreement to secure the debt.
3.
Removal and Sale of Goods
If payment is not forthcoming, and with landlord consent, we arrange removal and sale of goods at public auction. Proceeds are applied against the arrears and costs.
