Sophie is an experienced Manager within the Unsecured Recoveries Team. Her specialism is volume recoveries specifically for debt purchasers.

Sophie has worked within the area of unsecured recoveries and litigation since 2012. She has managed a variety of teams always with a focus on high volume and efficiency.

Most recently she has introduced an outbound dialling solution. She uses her detailed knowledge of contact centre technology to deliver client needs as efficiently as possible.

Sophie has an extensive knowledge and experience working on behalf of debt purchasers. She is focused upon ensuring that the right solutions are found in accordance with our clients’ needs.
