Samantha is the Evening Team Supervisor for the Unsecured Standard Recoveries team. Samantha is passionate about seeing others succeed in their role and doing what she can to support her team so that we are always providing the best customer experience.

Samantha has over 10 years’ experience in customer service and also vast experience in the financial and banking sector and brings this knowledge to her current role.

Samantha previously worked for her career at Shoosmiths, joining them in 2016 as a trainee case handler. She then worked her way up to the role of Evening Team Supervisor. She has a vast experience of talking of customers and making sure our client’s customers have the best experience with Equivo that they can.
