Michelle has over 20 years operational management experience ranging across Recoveries, Litigation, Repossession Property Sales, Conveyancing and Professional Negligence Claims.

Having joined Shoosmiths in 2020, Michelle spent the previous 9 years at Countrywide as Head of Panel Management working collaboratively with partner firms to deliver performance success and service quality improvements.
