Magda is our Business Solutions Manager for Equivo. Magda’s approach towards supporting her fellow workers is exemplary. Magda challenges herself and her team to be the very best, to ultimately provide the best solutions for our Clients. Her methodical approach is vital in the ongoing success of her department.

Magda started within the Estate team about 3 years ago working on a part time basis and, since starting, has developed into a very well respected and established member of team before taking on the mantel of EM Operations Team Leader when the team was restructured.

Magda has used her previous experiences within certain IT roles to help streamline and improve a number of functions within this department, that has increased the output of the team substantially, which has ultimately supported Shoosmiths obligations to their clients.

Magda has now taken to her role with Equivo with the same steely determination and open-mindedness as she did when taking on the EM TL role with Shoosmiths which will benefit all moving forward.
