Lisa heads up the Unsecured Consumer Lending Team, designing, implementing and managing strategies for recovery of consumer unsecured lending products within an FCA authorised environment.

Lisa Chairs the Civil Court User Association’s User Group, working with the industry, court service and Ministry of Justice on service and transformation.

Lisa qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2006. Before transferring to Equivo Lisa worked for Shoosmiths for nearly 20 years gaining significant experience operationally in various different roles as she progressed to the Head of Unsecured litigation. Lisa is praised by clients and her team for her fairness and her methodical and detailed approach which when combined with her friendly manner makes her a formidable Head of the team.

Always keen to continually learn and evolve, Lisa became accredited as a PRINCE2 Practitioner in 2014, an AgilePM Practitioner in 2016 and found a true passion for Lean Six Sigma in 2020 when she qualified as a Black Belt.
