Lauren is a Senior Manager within the motor finance collections and recoveries team, and has responsibility for assisting in the smooth running and administration of the firm’s operations and service delivery across regulated motor finance collections activities.

Lauren has 15 years of collections and recoveries experience and was previously Collections Manager at InterBay Asset Finance where she had responsibility for managing delinquent accounts across a diverse asset finance portfolio.

Lauren holds a NOCN Level 3 Diploma in Debt Collection (QCF) and is currently studying towards a Business Studies BA (Hons).
