Kim is an Account Manager within the motor finance collections and recoveries team, and has responsibility for daily case management and operational performance delivery of the firm's motor finance activities.

Kim has over 10 years of experience in regulated debt collection and has spent the last 3 years within the motor finance sector dealing with collections, recoveries and repossessions for some of Europe’s largest banks, asset finance lenders and consumer credit providers. Kim holds a NOCN Level 3 Diploma in Debt Collection (QCF).
