Karl is the Chief Financial Officer at Equivo, with responsibility across all finance functions within Equivo including management accounting and client accounts.

Having graduated from Imperial College London with a degree in Petroleum Engineering, Karl eventuallty qualified as an accountant (FCCA) before moving to Inktomi (now Yahoo!) where he managed the financial systems for Europe. With the bursting of the dot com bubble Karl moved into practice for the next 10 years specialising in tech start-ups and distressed companies; setting up, rescuing or closing down over 50 companies.

Prior to joining Equivo, Karl joined FSI Worldwide in 2011 as Group CFO. Based in Dubai he managed the group companies across Asia, Africa and Europe, supported by his upbringing in Saudi Arabia.
