Jonathan is Managing Director of Enforcement Services which he leads from our Central London offices.
Jonathan has earned a reputation as a pre-eminent enforcement practitioner with over 30 years’ experience building two successful enforcement businesses. He has been involved with various notable cases that have created important precedents for the enforcement sector including; establishing the priority of Writs of Control as determined by the Court of Appeal, Partridge -v- Gupta [2017] EWHC 2110 (QB) on what constitutes proper notice on issuing Writs of Possession and Couper -v- Albion & others [2017] EWHC 22 (Ch) regarding complicated property enforcement and tools of the trade claims.
Jonathan was also responsible for the two largest successful monetary collections under Writs of Control in excess of £84 million. He has become well known for delivering innovative solutions in monetary and property judgment enforcement, urgent trespass claims and for his progressive use of preventative injunctions for landowners.
