Dawn is the Head of HR for Equivo and is responsible for overseeing the whole employee life cycle. Ensuring recruitment, learning and development, engagement, diversity and inclusion, performance, talent management, health and wellbeing, and health and safety all have appropriate focus and awareness across the business.

Dawn brings over 15 years of HR generalist experience from a range of different industries and environments. Having operated at a Leadership level she is comfortable to question the status quo and actively support the business strategy ensuring that the people and the business values are at the heart of any decision made. She has a collaborative, business partner approach to achieve objectives and targets.

Dawn is proactive and enthusiastic, and is excited about the being instrumental with the development of the HR offering to all Equivo employees.

Dawn is MCIPD qualified with a wealth of generalist HR Management experience.
