About Chris
With more than 15 years of experience across customer service, account management, payroll and pensions, Chris has built a strong background in supporting customers through complex and often sensitive circumstances. Prior to joining Equivo, he spent almost a decade at BMW Financial Services before moving into payroll and pension services, where he regularly assisted individuals navigating financial uncertainty, taxation queries and vulnerable situations.
At Equivo, Chris brings a calm, compassionate and solutions-focused approach to customer engagement, recognising the importance of treating every individual with fairness, understanding and respect. Alongside his role as Vulnerable Customer Champion, he plays an important part in supporting Equivo’s commitment to vulnerability awareness, helping promote positive customer outcomes and high standards of care across every interaction.
