Martyn Liberson is a specialist in property-related disputes with a strong focus on debt recovery. Over the years, he has advised and represented major corporations, government departments, and significant investors, helping clients achieve maximum recovery with minimal time and cost.
With extensive tactical and practical experience in litigation, Martyn provides clear, strategic advice and consistently delivers positive outcomes, even in the most complex cases. He holds a Master’s degree in Advanced Commercial Property Law, with commendation, from the University of Northumbria.
