Adam is the Financial Controller at Equivo, responsible for all internal financial operations including management accounts, forecasting, audit, and regulatory compliance.
After graduating from the University of Warwick with a degree in Electronic Engineering, Adam qualified as an accountant (ACCA) and began his finance career in the technology sector. Over the next 15 years, he held senior roles in outsourced finance, supporting a range of high-growth startups and international tech companies—including ServiceNow, Pacific Biosciences, and Imperva—across financial reporting, commercial modelling, and systems implementation. His focus on improving processes and controls has consistently delivered operational efficiencies within the finance function.
